Lets dump pennington. Miami may not look like a tough team, but their defense is very strong. Campbell is a notch below the rest so I'd dump him too. Alex Smith Vs Arizona has the potential to be a serious barnburner. two offenses that can score and 2 weak defenses.... Same with Harrington vs the jets. Rattay Vs Cleveland is interesting... but I dont think TB has the same talent on their team as Alex Smith or Harrington. I would lean towards Alex Smith because Harrington has an injured receiver (booker) and because the Jets run defense is weak enough that I would expect Miami to get ahead and run the ball a ton. NCNickNasty 0 Posted December 21, 2006 pennington had a good week last week, and he does have to win to keep playoffs alive, but he is too inconsistent for my taste. Rattay is playing a bad D but I would have trouble starting him. Smith has showed promise and plays a bad Arizona D. I think Pennington will get the most attempts out of those guys and is the most established, even though I wouldn't feel good about starting any of them. bobpate17 0 Posted December 23, 2006 I would go with smith. Ari D sucks big time but u also have to hope that gore doesn't get all the TDs. But looking at ur options I think smith is the best choice. Is cutler available in your league??
