cmh6476 1,023 Posted April 23, 2007 By December, Fred Lane will have a better chance at winning MVP than the Chefs will have of being in the running for the playoffs. Why would you blow off yer family at xmas to go to - ugh - Detroit - and watch two 5-10 teams battling for the top draft pick? chiefs will be in the playoffs again this year. texans fall short once again. wiffleball 4,790 Posted April 23, 2007 chiefs will be in the playoffs again this year. texans fall short once again. A 6th seed wild-card pick that only managed 7 first downs in an entire blow-out of a game isn't exactly "IN the playoffs". Consider it more like being the Colt's practice squad. IGotWorms 4,057 Posted April 23, 2007 so now I have to negotiate with the wifey and I suggested someone was willing to do this for me (which she kinda understood as cdub has sent me sh!t including shirts (a red wings shirt in fact she wore in the deliver of our first for some reason and asked again to take it with us for the 2nd) a calendar and even beer. So at least she knows he's a real person. 1. I agree with the poster that suggested you learn to write. 2. Cdub is the father of your kids??!
Groundhog 24 Posted April 25, 2007 So, you're asking us... If we think it's okay that you will miss your son's first Christmas so you can go to a game?! Even though he won't remember it, it's okay? Maybe it's not about HIM remembering it, but about YOU and your wife remembering it. It's a time/moment that you will never catch again. And if you feel the same way about a stupid game, and that it's a moment that you will never catch again, your priorities are more focked up than I thought they were. big on the Hallmark Card Experience as presented by TNG.
