Fubars 0 Posted July 16, 2004 Hey, you forgot to add my deep sleeper Northcutt. Hell, he's an upgrade from the WR's I have now. I really am glad to not sweat over the Lewis situation. I've always like McGahee so I'm happy to get him back even though I may have to wait another year to get his full potential. I was just a little scared of the Denver situation. One bad game from Griffin, he may not start too many times after that. Overall, I like my team a little better, but I still need some players to come through and relying on Reggie Williams and Mike Jenkins may not be too wise. And to get 1800 yards rushing, even assuming he hits the 5.3 average from last season which is doubtful, he's going to need to get 340 carries. Those are some pretty lofty projections. Those are some pretty lofty projections. well thats what we do...make projections and then put together our teams. I am big on Lewis. He has just scratched the surface as far as TD's. From retired loon to walking bandage with two reconstructed knees, a love for the herb and disdain for the substance abuse policy like Mr Williams, and a coke trial most likely during the season. I don't think it's obsessed as much as it's pointing out the endless annointment of yourself as champ, only to end up chump. Maybe if you wouldn't ask to be called out, then he'd leave you alone.
