aauhoops33 0 Posted August 18, 2007 I got the 10th pick in a 10 team draft last night. No PPR, normal scoring.  My team is in my signature, my thoughts about it are:  QBs-Very vulnerable, but both have a great set of weapons around them.  RBs-Deep, some reliability, some question marks.  WRs-Driver and Smith are the best, other two could be huge  TEs-Crumpler is consistent, and Watson could be big.  Any other thoughts? I'm attempting to trade Leinart, Lynch/Green, and Vincent/Darrel Jackson for a stud QB and WR. I'm looking at Bulger and Roy Williams right now.

Steve0492 0 Posted August 18, 2007 how many WR do you start, if 2 then you are good, but if you start 3 trade some RB depth for Roy or something

DERF 0 Posted August 18, 2007 I like your RBs but honestly, not much else. Steve Smith will get his but from there, your WRs are a bit light. QB is hit or miss with Kitna and Leinart is not truly proven. Can you package a Jacobs and Driver for someone like Roy Williams?
RubberJesus 0 Posted August 18, 2007 Im feeling the WRs and them RBs look solid, but I'm not feeling that QB situation going on there. Maybe trade away some of those WRs and maybe a running back for a soild QB. Here's my team.  P Rivers QB L Maroney RB W Parker RB J Galloway WR L Coles WR L Fitzgerald WR D Clark TE J Brown K D Ravens DST M Leinart QB J Norwood RB T Duckett RB B Scaife TE D Cowboys  I've had better drafts... I think my team might be a bit weak this year.
Hefeweizen1 0 Posted August 18, 2007 With most teams probaably starting 3 rb's you should be ok. Maroney just scares the crap out of me especially since we havent seen much out of him in training camp. I think you should be fine if you only plan on starting 2 wr's. TE's are always a crapshoot and these two are major risks. Crumpler has been consistnent but that was with vick Watson isnt going to see many balls with all those WR's they have now. QBs I love Kitna this year. Overall pretty solid. Thanks for answering mine
ssharpe12 0 Posted August 18, 2007 you win with RB's and if Jabobs comes through, youll be just fine. I liek the QB's, not top tier, but definately dooable with the rest of your team.  please see mine  http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=280311
Bottles 0 Posted August 18, 2007 I think the team is strong. You have good depth at RB and WR. QBs are a little riskier, but it could work out. Â http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=280345
gocolts 300 Posted August 18, 2007 QB-Jon Kitna, Matt LeinartRB-Rudi Johnson, Laurence Maroney, Brandon Jacobs, Ahman Green, Marshawn Lynch WR-Steve Smith, Donald Driver, Darrel Jackson, Vincent Jackson TE-Agle Crumpler, Ben Watson D/ST-Eagles, Panthers K-Gostkowski  Your team looks pretty decent. I agree with you on Watson, he will have a nice year with Graham gone. Not all of Brady's TDs are going to 30+ yards. In the red zone, with those WRs, Graham will bill getting a lot of looks.  Simth and Driver should be solid. Djax could suffer in SF, but he may be just what they needed.  QBs should be alright, With Boldin and Fitz, Lienart should be fine.  RBs are going to decide your fate. Besides Johnson, as long as 2 of your other RBs pan out, your going to be solid.
