Madler 6 Posted September 18, 2007 I think I should do it since I have little faith in Bush, although he was my #2 pick. I would still have L. Jordan, F. Gore, B. Jacobs and K. Jones at RB. My TE's haven't done much, H. Miller and V. Davis. My receivers are R. Williams, L. Coles, Welker and Driver. I will help you.
ugadawgs97 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I don't like Bush that much either unless you are in a keeper league since McA will not be there forever. I also don't really like any TE that isn't named Gates though. Shockey really isn't that much more productive (if any) than any of the other five guys after Gates. You really aren't gaining that much by acquiring Shockey, maybe 1 pt. per week avg, which makes your trade effectively Bush for Galloway. That being said, I think it is an extremely fair offer and you certainly have the depth at RB to decide to do it.
cdavidw 0 Posted September 18, 2007 with your depth at RB I think this is a good deal. I also like Garcia in TB, and think he will get the ball out to Galloway frequently. I'd say go for it.
dalie 2 Posted September 18, 2007 Based on what i know from your post I don't think I would do the trade because you would be weak at RB with Jacobs and Jones out and not knowing how they will come back and get used and you have pretty good WR's as well. A couple questions that could change my answer...... -What do you start? -Which R. Williams do you have at WR.....Roy or Reggie? -If you do the trade could/would you trade your great WR depth for another RB? Thanks for mine
lagarzlebrew 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I would not give up on bush yet

Roy Williams 3. might be tough, receivers seem easier to come by
Dan Mach 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I say don't make that trade. TE are very inconsistent. I can't imagine that Bush will stay unproductive for this long. The other guy is selling high buying low and getting a better deal. It's not bad though. It really depends where you have strength. I'm in a similiar situation solid everywhere, but TE and QB. mainev3nt 0 Posted September 18, 2007 i say go for it, all these bush lovers thought he would blow up this year news flash he runs behind a crap o line and is scared to run in between the tackles, that juke and go to the sideline shyt doesnt work in the pro's, plus he is a BACKUP STILL lamont jordan will be more productive than reggie bush definately do it
gordonjerry 0 Posted September 18, 2007 With that Rb depth I would actually try to shop Bush in a package deal for a little better Wr if that did not work I would hold and cross my fingers that Bush gives more value for a trade next week.
tj houshmazilli 0 Posted September 18, 2007 id do that trade.
stonecoldsoonerfan 0 Posted September 18, 2007 i don't think that bush will have that bad of a season even though he's off to a bad start. i don't think that you're getting much back for him. personally, i'd shop around some more, especially to someone that's rb poor. either that or wait a bit. jdjacks10 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I would hold off bc bush's stock is low right now and should go up within the next couple of weeks. I think V-Davis will come around and G-way is good.
raisedbywolves 0 Posted September 18, 2007 i think it's not worth it at this point to give up bush for that little, despite his woes so far.
Big C 0 Posted September 18, 2007 Way to early to give up on bush
theraymondbunch 0 Posted September 18, 2007 i'd say take a chance and do it. you have ample RBs and who knows when bush is gonna show up. see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=288590
jets145 0 Posted September 18, 2007 Whoa! Slow down here! You're about to give up a Top RB for what? An above average WR and a TE? It's not like we're even talking Gates here. This is Jeremy Shockey. He's been far from amazing. It is way too early to give up on Bush. It took him a few games to get going last season. Not to mention you don't have terrible WR options or TE for that matter. Relax and let your guys play. Please Help
hellfish21 1 Posted September 19, 2007 Bush is off to a bad start, but I think you need to give him (and the rest of New Orleans) some time. They'll come around. With your RB depth, you can afford to trade him, but I think you could do better than Galloway and Shockey. Shop him around your league a little bit more. I'd look for the team in your league with the best WR depth and the worst RBs.
