CNudd 0 Posted September 18, 2007 Im trading stephen jackson and donte stallworth. i get reggie bush and marvin harrison. its a PPR league. bush is outscoring jackson 25-18 so far this year. my wr are terrible. roy williams, brandon marshall, stallworth, dj hackett and kellen winslow. so it would be a huge upgrade in wr. my rbs are okay with jackson, edge, jacobs, derrickward and norwood. let me know what you think. and leave a link, ill answer yours! Beef Ravioli 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I am a Jackson owner as well, and I really believe he has got to get better. I think you are giving up way to much in this deal! Harrison is obviously very good, but he plays for a team that will lock up home field early and you probably won't have him for your playoff push. He also shares the ball with a lot of good players. It sounds like the Saints are going to be looking to Deuce a little more which in the end might help Bush. So I say don't do it. Thanks for mine
rottytiny 7 Posted September 18, 2007 I think your panicing too early. I'd sit tight on Jackson, Bush hasn't done squat yet either. Without knowing how many Wrs you start, I'd say try to trade norwodd for another WR, Williams is a stud, Marshall a decent #3 (Or winslow in the 3 spot) Maybe trade Norwood fora Santana Moss type receiever, maybe see what it would take to get Evans, his owner has to be looking to dump him. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=288506
Mad Brad 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I'd sit tight on that deal if I was you... MB
rpmbcs 0 Posted September 18, 2007 Keep Jackson....he will get better. Bush has not done anything yet either Harrison is a great receiver but as one person said earlier he will not be scoring a lot when you are in the playoffs. I would try to pick up a less popular receiver or try to get Lee Evans. His schedule is tough for the next few weeks but during your playoff schedule he will score points. thanks for mine
BostonPatriots 0 Posted September 18, 2007 I would hold on to SJax. He'll get better. I do not think you are getting enough back with this trade. Thanks for your help with mine
Dan Mach 0 Posted September 18, 2007 Do it. Bush will improve and you get Harrison. I think even if Jackson does improve so will Bush, but you get Harrison. The diff with Harrison will be in your favor.
SHOCKEYGUY80 0 Posted September 18, 2007 i wudnt do it, stephen jackson is starting slow and i think he will out produce bush by a lot this season. stick with jackson and try to get another reciever someway else
Cuse9 131 Posted September 19, 2007 I don't like the inconsistancies of Bush, but Stallworth will be even worse as far as inconsistancies! I think you slightly upgrade. Slightly!! Harrison is tons better than Stallworth and Jackson is much better than Bush. Basically you got two starters for a starter and 6th wr. So I think you did well! Thanks for checking mine....I appreciate it.
