BLOCK BUSTER TRADE........Addai move him now?

Recommended Posts

He is the Deal. I am in first place in a total points league. I've been without Addai now for two weeks and scoring well with my RB's and other guys.

Would you make this trade. Keep in mind I have Romo as my QB.

If you could turn Addai, Engram, J. jones, E. Manning

into

Housh, Rudi Johnson, Kenny Watson, and Maroney

would you do it? I know those guys are banged up Maroney and Johnson but I think I can wait it out a few weeks to get them healthy.

My other WR's are Wayne, Boldin, Crayton, (Engram) and Welker. I know Crayton and Walker have been good but that has got to dry up soon no?

i would stay firm for now.

1. addai will continue to be good, trust me.

2. engram is a reliable wr and plays in a crappy division. he still got 120 yds the other night.

3. jjones is somehow favored by phillips this year, but is still in a rbbc. he hasnt looked too bad.

4. manning is having a good year and will get even better over the next couple of weeks; they play

sf and miami and will put up good numbers. he's nice to have too as a backup when dallas has

their bye week

on the other side of things, i love housh. i have him in 3 leagues and he is putting up top 5 numbers this year. you would be inheriting 2 ailing rbs, which could bite you later.

thanks for mine

If you're not worried about losing Addai for whatever reason...you'll some of that back when Rudy gets back and you gain TJ. I thinks it's an upgrade. I'f you can make that deal...I would.

btw...thanks for your opinion

I stick with what you've got, Addai will be back strong and Eli is a great back up if Romo happens to get hurt....plus for bye week.

Thanks for mine

I'd have to echo the sentiments of these other guys...I really like Addai. I wouldn't let him go. You never know with the Pats...Maroney could be out for another 4 weeks. Seriously.

Stick with Addai.

Keep Addai. If you have rode out his injury to this point, I wouldn't trade him now for other banged up running backs. I can understand your desire to get Housh, but I would be a little worried about having too many Bengals in my starting line-up at this time. Addai and the Colts offense is money in the bank, don't trade it for question marks. I agree you may try to trade for Keith. He would be worth a lot for the insurance.

Having Housh would be nice, but Rudi has not looked good at all.

Stick with Addai and Manning over Rudi and Maroney.

I agree with what has been said: keep Addai. I have him also and what I like about him is that he "consistently" puts up big numbers (if he's not hurt of course). To trade that for banged up guys to me seems risky. Plus, you have Romo and Wayne too to solidify your team.

Agree with others.

You're just giving up too much to get Housh. Eli is okay (you don't need him, but another team might), same with Jones, Engram is a 2 week decent WR2/3. Addai is a beast. Giving all that up for Housh and two shaky RB situations doesn't seem like enough.

I would not do it. Addai will continue to produce, and although Housh is nice, I think your WRs will keep producing (plus, relying heavily on 1 team's offense is scary).

I'd hold off. If you have the lead and Addai is coming back, no reason to tinker with things. Housh is solid, but you'd be downgrading at RB1 which is a tough position to fill this year.
