Welker/T. Jones for Fitzgerald?

I would be giving Welker and T Jones and getting Fitzgerald.

 

I started the trade offer with Marshall/T Jones for Fitz but the guy is pushing back for Welker. As far as the RB I give up, I am sure he would also take Graham or Chatman, who is the least productive here on out (T. Jones, Graham, Chatman)?

 

I am hesitant about giving up Welker, but at the same time think I might be getting maximum value for him right now. I know the QB situation in Ari is a little bit of a problem, but if you look at their schedule it is golden.

 

So what do you think? Too much to give?

 

BTW, I am fairly deep at RB with LT, Lynch, T. Jones, Graham and Chatman. The guy I am trading with lost R. Brown so is in more of a need for RB.

I think that's too much for Fitz so I'd counter with Chatman/Welker for Fitz, try that and see what he says. Seems he just really wants Welker and this way you keep some rb depth.

I don't think this is a bad trade, actually. I think Fitz will have a nice second half, and Thomas Jones is clearly expendable on your roster. That said, as the others mentioned, you can counter with Chatman and Welker to see if he'll bite. Maybe he will. If not, I wouldn't be afraid to fall back on the deal as you currently have it set up. Welker is on fire right now, but there are so many weapons there at NE that you're basically gambling on Brady continuing to throw 5 td's per game. Maybe he will; but probably not.

As long as Warner is the QB, Boldin is the #1 in ARZ. Welker is having a superb year and is an equal (if not better) option than Fitz right now. Not a good trade for you.

I think you're giving up too much in this trade. I think your original trade with Marshall was a little more equal, although Fitzgerald . I'm not convinced Fitzgerald will give you that much value, unless Welker is your best WR.

I would not do this deal. Too much uncertainty in the QB slot at Arizona.

Chatman is by the far the best option going forward out of those 3. He will catch alot of balls if ur in a PPR.

 

If it PPR i wouldnt do this trade because Welker will get at least 5-6 catches a game and looks to be Bradys safety net. Fitz is a beast but that QB situation is a mess and really dont think he outperforms Welker. I say try to get Fitz without giving up Welker...maybe Chatman involved...like my trade below

That's my thought. However if you can get Welker then pack him up for something else after the next game or two with another sell high, it could be a nice strategy of taking advantage of him now. I think Welker's numbers will go down as Maroney re-establishes himself and Watson returns from injury.

i would also lean toward this being a bit of a low value for you. besides if lt or lynch go down with an injury you are pretty much going to be relying on nothing but if's. you gotta believe that jones will get it going at some point this year. once they sit pennington i think he will rip off some great games. so i'd go for graham or chatman/welker for fitzy if you really want him.
