Just bought a front loading washer and dryer

Recommended Posts

Tried the washing machine tonight...cant hear a thing from it while it is running. Wife has been wanting them for months, so I got a wild hair up my butt and went to the Sears Warehouse in town (scratch and dent kind of place) and picked them up for her. Hopefully this equates to some good lovin for me...maybe even somethin freaky!!! Good deal to..if you have one of these Sears warehouses, I highly reccomend it. These were brand new and you couldnt even tell where the damage was. Got em both for jus under 1000. They were originally arouund 18-1900 for the set.

I have the front loaders and they are pretty good - the jet engine sound when the washer is doing the super spin is kind of cool and you can do a LOT more wash with a front loader - pack that sucker.

The super spin is easy on the dryer too because my clothes come out much dryer than with the top loader.

One note, our super spin on the washer was acting up about 1 week before the warrantly gave up...I don't normally purchase extended warrantly on anything but I might think about it with that.

I'll be over in about an hour. After we put them to the official Big Dog Skid Mark Test the truth will be self evident.

Please have some imported, cold beer. It is the only fee I charge for my testing services. TYIA
