VH1's 100 greatest songs of the 90's

Really?

Not to get all NewbieJr on you, but just what was wrong with the song?

Simple and cheesy obviously, but I guess it made an impression on you 'cause you remember it.

Good melody and harmonizing with the brothers.

They made their money off of it, so good for them

I am not denying that is was very well marketed and well done by Hanson, obviously since that song launched their short but ultra-successful careers. I am saying the song....is bloody awful....anyone denying this shouldn't be allowed to listen to music. I mean, you can acknowledge the impact and the marketablity of a song, but, i am talking about just pure personal opinion. I just don't see how someone who can have reasonable tastes in music could like this song. The focking course is one word....and it isn't even a focking word. I should say the opinion of a non-10 year old girl. Now that i think of it, that goes with any boy band for the most part.....

Honestly, i remember ALL those songs quite well, i may have only been like 5-10 y/o, but, my sisters are 25 and 26 and were into pop music at the time. I remember stuff from that period of time better than i remember stuff from a couple years ago...

Exactly. It's a great song. If you haven't figured it out yet, there are still faux-toughguys out there who think you have to hate every song that has some melody or is sung by someone who girls perceive to be good-looking.

The list is a joke. I don't see Boyz II Men - End Of The Road on there. They aren't really my kind of music, but the song was #1 for 13 weeks. It only broke Elvis Presley's 30+ year old record.

This list must actually be delineated to "poP and "hip hop" only.....there was some great jazz being put out as well...

Actually, "poo" pretty much sums up this list.
