Gotcha... I understand. I like the talent the Skins have surrounded Campbell with. But the G-men won me some coin last season, and I did read an interesting stat on the RX recently about Superbowl winners winning week 1 S/U. Something like the last time a Superbowl winner lost straight up the following season week 1 was 10 years ago...

I would like to think that if people are posting picks that they are actually betting on them, even if its a small amount.

 

I am not so much as interested in picks as I am the discussion. There are several people here that I value their opinions even if I am on the opposite side of a bet as them.

 

Also if anyone can post Dr.Bobs picks, that would be cool. From what I remember he didn't do all that well last year but I enjoy his writeups.

Over the last five years the opening game have been shootouts and while this one won't be a high-flying act, I think they can pass 41 easily. Both teams were routinely putting up 20+/game last year. Granted, this is a divisional rivalry so things might be a little tighter, but I think 23-20 is very hittable.

i checked out sportsbookreview as well as thegreek.com thegreek seems very cruedly done as a website... ofcourse this may hold no baring on their service but it doesn't seem to be anything like the nice interface of a bodog etc.

 

sportsbookreview seems like a great tool, i wonder how much they get paid off by certain sites to give good reviews. They had oddsmaker as an F and alor of the stuff they reported about them makes me very skeptical about oddsmaker.

I've been contradicting myself left and right in this thread, but if you are just starting (like me) I've found sportsbook.com to be very easy to use, with a ton of different betting options. I've never cashed out, but a buddy of mine said it took about 5 weeks.

I used sportsbook.com regularly for about 8 years until they sold ownership 2 years ago. They were always easy to use and had prompt payment (1-2 weeks). After change in ownership, their promos and bonuses took a hit, but theyre still pretty reputable.

They pissed me the hell off. All I wanted from the Giants was a FG in the second half. That way, I was safe no matter what happened. I have to tell you though, those deep throws were pissing me off, especially the one to Moss in the end zone that he got his hands on.
