Trade in dynasty league to get McFadden, tough call.

in a dynasty league where we keep everyone (24) and do a rookie draft each year right before the season, what should i do with this trade. I really like McFadden and tried to get the pick before the rookie draft started last summer but it didnt happen. who is getting the better deal, standard scoring, we start QB, RB RB WR WR TE WR/RB WR/RB K DEF. The main difference is that we CAN start 4 RBs and i try to as much as possible.

and the 2 flex spots are some combination of:

I think thats a bit much IMO. I really like Chris Johnson I think he's for real. If you can configure it another way to possibly keep Johnson, I'd do it. Russell is useless, I think the only real player your getting is McFadden, I don't think Holmes is any better (or in a better spot) then Jackson, I think for that package you can do a little better. I'd be more inclined to trade Grant before Johnson.

I thought grant might be good to switch out in the place of Chris Johnson. Rivers is a huge scorer as well. It is hard to part with him, even though i start Brees EVERY week he is healthy or not on bye.

 

Is rivers to much to part with.

Dont like the 1st trade offer, but the 2nd isnt too bad. I would look into the 2nd trade, but the 1st I would steer clear. Giving up way too much....

I agree with the above guy - keep Johnson, especially in a dynasty. That kid is legit! Try pawning off Grant instead. Also, maybe you can throw in Ocho to sweeten the deal if you really want mcfadden. He won't do sh!t all year but he is still a somewhat big name.

Seriously, there is no point in having Rivers when you have Brees.

 

In a dynasty league I actually like Chris Johnson to have a better career then McFadden. They are much better coached and have more stability (barely on offense) then the Raiders.

Santonio Holmes does have crazy upside though. Maybe you can throw Rivers in the second trade to get Holmes in the mix. This guy is worth trading for.
