lagarzlebrew 0 Posted January 16, 2010 Wed night after a hard workout, I take a piss, and it looks like Tropical Punch Kool-Aid. I freak out at the gym, and get home and start checking out websites on this...Then it clears up within 3-4 hours. Reading on the wed it looks like exercise induced bladder bleeding...I have worked out harder that this and never had an issue, but I do think I might have been dehydrated... I have no desire to get a q-tip stuck up my pee-hole and it has not come back since, but wondering if anyone else has had this happen... BTW - 34 years old, non-smoker...no risk factors or symptoms that would lead me to believe it is advanced cancer or anything like that... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
