Fees for the new owner

Recommended Posts

Since they have not been paid.

I propose the following. The new owner is charged $10 for this season to help cover league management fees. The prize pot for this season will be $20 short. Next year the new owner will pay full price.

This seems fair on a couple of levels

The new owner missed out on the June Draft

He is taking over a team not of his construction

It is one of the weaker teams

Please comment, public or private to me or the Officers of the League

If he doesnt pay then he shoudlnt be eligible to win mney either. Is $30 alot to ask to get in such a kickass, unique, well managed league? :(

If he can win a league title with that collection of guys, then all the more power to him. (And shame on the rest of us.) My thought is that if he wins we should pay him the money.

i don't think the difference in $ is that big, but everyone else seems to want to discount him. so if that's the consensus i will go with that.
