Everything else is fine, no problems. I thought that was an awfully high quote! am I high? Thanks That's nuts. I have many times that amount of life insurance (double digit multiple of that), and I have high cholesterol also (it's been high my whole life: on a side note, I believe the hoopla about high cholesterol is a bunch 'o BS - my good cholesterol is very high, and my triglycerides are very low). I don't take medication, because I do not believe in it. My insurance is about $125/mo. I bought this policy about 2 years ago. Try Genworth - that's where I got mine. *edit - oh...hold on: turns out that the only way my policy pays is if I am poisoned to death by Amazon Tree Frogs... j/k - seriously: try Genworth Financial. NorthernVike 2,083 Posted October 26, 2010 Genworth Financial is an excellent company. Also you need to look at what do you save on your auto and home ins by putting it with Farmers. Lastly, do you use tobacco products? This has the biggest impact on Life rates. Either way, call a local independent agent that advertises life insurance and ask for a comparison quote from several insurers. Don't let them quote you the ultra preferred rates that they can not deliver. Finaly, name me as your beneficiary
