I have some corn tortilla chips ...

Kinda getting stale. Could toast them with some cheddar cheese and hot sauce, but that's too basic.

 

I have .... cold cuts and mustard. Stale hot fries.

 

Any ideas?

Ok so this is what I did.

 

I had some blue cheese and a paper bag ... so I crumbled the blue cheese into the bag, added some cheddar and nuked it.

 

Nice hot steamy bag of tortilla chips with cheese. It was good.

in the future....grind them up and use them as a coating for chicken or fish (like breadcrumbs)

with that being said, a nice salsa will be all I add to my chips. wash it down with an ice cold coca-cola.
