Why are there no bye weeks in Week 10?

Probly had to do with the lockout and contingency scheduling in case we lost a week or two of the season.

Just wondering...Seems strange to skip a week. Why not get it over with in Week 10?

 

Something to do with an emergency plan in case any games were canceled due to the lock-out. Same reason there were 2 weeks with no divisional games.

 

What exactly the plan was I don't know..............
