I'm thankful for a late season surge and league parity that has allowed me to come from last place after losing the first five games to a potential playoff berth. Tough fantasy luck seems to have turned around although losing Fred Jackson hurt.

I'm thankful that we finally have good games to watch during the day, for the first time in years. I really think Lions/Packers is going to be a classic, and Dolphins/Cowboys should even be good.

 

I'm thankful that despite an awful 2-5 start in my money league, with injuries to Charles, Manning, and others...I'm in good shape for a wildcard if I can win this week against the other team who's fighting for the spot.

 

I'm thankful that I somehow ended up with so many Detroit, San Fran, and Dallas players, so I'll have no shortage of rooting interests today. Need big days from Stafford, Kevin Smith, Gore, Dez, Lions D (yeah, still rolling with them).

I am thankful for my family's good health, my job and the expected wonderful weather in Central Nebraska today. Going to be near 60 and sunny. Although I really enjoy the fall and the colder weather typical for this time of year, it is nice to be able to hang outside and watch the games on a big screen. Makes the day even better.

I have a Jones fracture in my foot that is getting surgery next Wednesday, I'm unemployed, and it looks like rain here in Phoenix today.

 

But... I don't have to do any cleaning or prep work for Thanksgiving, I have several good job opportunities in the pipeline, and the weather in Phoenix is usually awesome this time of year.

 

I guess it is all a matter of perspective. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
