WSIS #1: FLEX = W. McGahee, R. Helu or

Non-PPR league. I've got McGahee who has been on a tear this year, against a bad MIN team. I've got Helu who basically got ALL the action last week for WAS against SEA; this week he plays against the Jets - who have given up some points to RBs the past six weeks. I've also got PIT WR A. Brown going up against CIN's #2 DB, and A. Brown has been very consistent this year (he will likely get me at least 7-8 points, and maybe another six for a TD).

 

I've currently got McGahee in there, as I like to FLEX RBs over WRs, and I want to see Shanahan commit to Helu for more than one week.

I like Helu, but hate Shanahan. I'd start McGahee because you can rely on him getting 15-20 touches and your league isn't PPR.

As someone else mentioned I would roll with McGahee here since it is not ppr and he is the reliable pick you know will get the touches.

McGahee, no question! He's basically injury free (minus having a flu/cold earlier in the week but he's fine now), so look for him and TEEEEBOW to roll over the Vikings all day.
