I'm not one who thinks an occasional WSIS thread is the worst thing in the world. I know that there arent many responses in the Help bored. The problem of course is that if we allow one, there will be a trillion of them. Maybe as a compromise, someone should start a weekly WSIS/Trade Advice thread. I'm a noob in reference to my tenure as a member here but I used to get a lot of info from discussions on this board for years. Never have I seen it this bad with WSIS threads by all the other noobs. Mike & the rest of FFT don't have the time to be moving all these threads to the Help Board. IMO the reason people post their team management posts here is because there is precious little traffic on the Help bored. By my count there are 4 threads on that bored with double digit responses. The whole point of this forum is to promote discussion. Yes, ideally everyone would post stuff where they are supposed to. But also ideally when people follow the rules, they would get more than a couple of responses. But we all know that isnt going to happen. Right now the system rewards the rule breakers (their threads are moved, but the linkback is left in the main forum) So why not compromise. Team management questions can have value. We just dont want the whole forum cluttered with a million of them. One thread wouldnt clutter the forum. It would give people who wanted opinions on team management a bigger audience, and possibly more responses. I just dont see the harm.
