Just wondering what these imply?

How do these work?

Do they get put into the system and then brought up when they reach their point here in the UK...???

Do they only charge you customs taxes if the form comes up with the packages into the UK Postal System?

 

Then how do the Customs taxes work?

I got about $1k worth of stuff coming and am curious.

 

I dunno if they included the forms with the packaging and am waiting back for their email answer.

 

If the package never gets to a UK Postal serive center does that mean the taxes won't be put into 'motion', etc...???
