dpbuddha 9 Posted September 6, 2013 So I obviously drafted the Bears defense to be my starter pretty much every week, but going against the Bengals I'm just not sure if they are by best option this week. Defenses get scored in all the usual ways in my league except that it doesn't matter how many points they give up in the real game...Cincy could score 100 pts but so long as I got lots of sacks, INTs, FRs or Def TDs I'd be happy. I can drop my backup Def, NY Giants (before you ask, we have to carry 2 DST) and pick up the Colts who are playing Oakland. The Raiders O-Line is terrible and they're starting a rookie QB who is bound to throw an INT or two, right? Thoughts? Leave a link and I'll reply to yours. loki993 0 Posted September 6, 2013 Is Indys D that great though? Im sure though the Raiders will be bad though so any D against they should be a decent option, id say the Rookie is good for some INTs. Stll the Bears should be decent too you may just want to ride them.
zole2112 10 Posted September 6, 2013 Personally, being in the Bears division (Packer fan through and through), I would probably go with Indy. I agree totally that the Oakland line is poor and you can expect some turnovers from Pryor. The Bears will be tough but they are still learning to play D without Urlacher. Don't be too concerned about my loyalty to the Packers and loathing of the Bears, I have Forte on my FF team!
Bdemain 1 Posted September 6, 2013 Stick with the Bears for Week 1. The Colts' D is terrible, regardless if they are playing the Raiders. Please see my post. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=422597
