Where can I find Defense numbers vs. #1 WR, #2 WR, etc.

Looking at Pitt, for example, is awesome against WR1.

Profootballtalk does player rankings, so you could look at top corners...not exactly the same but something I look at.

profootballfocus.com is the closest thing. You can't sort data to find how a certain CB does against WR1 or WR2. But you can compare the corners on a team and see which one gets targeted more and how well they defend the passes.

 

Otherwise, if you have the time to look up stats, you can easily calculate which teams allow most points to WR1s.

Down at the bottom. It says it's rating from the view of the defense, so it's not specifically for fantasy football, but I think it can give you good information still.

Look at the game recaps on this site and you will see patterns

The best thing to do is go to the points allowed feature on this site (http://www.fftoday.com/stats/fantasystats.php?Season=2013&GameWeek=Season&PosID=30&Side=Allowed&LeagueID=1) then click on each team separately and you can see what each individual WR did against them and you'll have a good idea whether WR1 or WR2 have more success against that team.
