I'm debating on benchin him or cousins vs sheBoys or tanniehill vs bill. I hate getting cute in the Super Bowl but stafford has given me a combined 12 pts last two games. Granted one was the snow game. Anyone else thinking about it?

I specifically targeted Calvin and Bell and then traded for Stafford early just because of their week 15/16 matchups.

 

Didn't work-out so well... but I will still happily start Stafford and Calvin next week in my runner up to the runner up matchup next week.

Stafford burned me the last couple games as well, I can see sitting him for Cousins or Tannehill. I'm thinking of sitting Brees for Cousins or Cutler, but Brees does have a much tougher matchup than Stafford. Stafford could light up the Giants this week, can't say the same about Brees in Carolina.

It's a natural consideration when you've been burned two weeks in a row. Stafford is obviously capable of sucking it up again, and while they are playing the "Giants", they also are still the "Lions" with a dumb HC!

why do so many out coach them selfs during the playoffs . stick to the program . play stafford

It's clichéd, but always start your studs that got you there. If you start someone else and Stafford goes off, you get to live with that all year. Forget the matchups (except in extreme cases) and go with your best players.
