I guess the "Equal Opportunity" definition is expanding

Clicked through to look at a job opportunity today and they had this disclaimer at the bottom:

Company will accommodate employee religious dress standards and grooming practices that do not result in undue hardship for the Company

 

Does this mean that a pregnant transgender lesbian mutant Muslim is not only welcome but encouraged to never shower... unless somebody complains about its smell?
