robbykidd 3 Posted November 3, 2014 Hearing is set for tomorrow afternoon. Reports are that he is working on a plea deal that would reduce his charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. If this happens, jail time should be avoided and may mean only probation. The Vikings haven't cut ties with him and are still paying him which leads me to believe they will activate him if/when they can. He has already missed 8 games...does the NFL allow that to act as time served and issue a large fine since he was paid for the missed games? Also, with the NFL loosening their stance on marijuana use, I doubt they punish him for admitting he used since he hasn't failed a league drug test. Worth a speculative add? DaBeerz 88 Posted November 3, 2014 Sure why not if you're not losing anything by picking him up. He's still owned in aver 45% of leagues though, so other people are hanging onto that hope that he'll come back to his usual AP form in the second half of the season. I guess if he does, you'll probably be set for the playoffs, if he doesn't you dump him and haven't really lost out on much.
