It's easier for my wife and I to use the slow cooker for dinners since she doesn't get home til 5 from work and I don't get in til 6:30 from work and the gym. remote controller 143 Posted June 22, 2015 One rack of baby back ribs cut into four equal pieces. Salt and pepper.....then rub with your favorite dry rub, then a healthy dusting of Cinnamon.....rub again. Place at the bottom of your crock pot, and cover with coca cola. Slow cook for 6 to 8 hours. When done, carefully use spatula tongs and pick up a section. Put it on a big seeded bun, and simply pull the ribs out. A true Remote Controlled McRib sandwich. Of course this is for nasty grilling/smoking days or when you are real lazy. I always use red pepper flake under my rub. Salt/pepper, then flakes, then dry rub.....rub......then cinnamon(more than you think you need)......then rub again. I let it sit this way for at least 3 to 4 hours before I put in crock pot and cover with coke. Top it off with some good dark rum for the last hour!! ENJOY!
