***Am I banned or suspended?***

It keeps telling me I am not allowed to access the forums. I think I got on now only because I am on my grandma's network. Don't want to stir the pot if I am not allowed here, just want to know why. If I am not supposed to be then there is some issue with me signing on.

When I am using general data I am not allowed on the forums. When I am on this current wifi I am allowed to post. So is there an issue with my account? Any info I can get from moderators?
