League with Return yards - Which RB, WR to get?

Drafting in a league tonight ath has pt per 10 rush, 15 rec, 20 Return yards. Should I move up guys like lockett, grant? Who else for RB or WR that are great at return yards

I'm in a similar league and picked up Marcus Murphy RB for Bills yesterday. Seeing how bad they are means a lot of return opportunities. Week 1 he had 6 carries for 31 yards, 2 targets and 174 return yards. I like that.

 

Other options could be Tyler Ervin (HOU), Andre Roberts (NYJ), and Jakeem Grant (MIA).
