But as far as burning up your CPU or GPU I wouldn’t worry about it at all. But if you’re like me and you will just always have it in the back of your head that something will go wrong, you could download MSI Afterburner (https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner) and that has an in-game overlay that will display your CPU and GPU temps and as long as they are under or at the temps I mentioned above you’ll be fine.
