AxeElf 787 Posted September 23, 2020 If you can afford to wait on him, Ruggs has the higher ceiling--but right now he's just one of what, 11 receivers targeted by Carr on Monday? Pittman takes a step up with the Parris Campbell injury, but he's still a rookie WR3 for his team, so he's not really someone I'd want to be starting regularly either.
