For no reason. New guy tells him to confiscate her phone and put it into evidence when they didn't have cause to do so (they wanted to delete her video because they knew they were in the wrong). When she rightfully refuses they cuff her. Had she just stfu and kept recording, she would've been fine.

Cops love it when dumbasses say "I know my rights!" Well, they know the law and to what limits they can push it. Keep your mouth shut and call a lawyer.
