Not sure where this sudden rise in logic has come from, but its certainly refreshing.  

We cannot dispel that the opposing party was involved of course, but there is almost no chance we ever know if they were. And frankly, I would prefer it be hidden, considering what might arise if such information were made available.

In fact, the evidence available makes the DOJ a little more suspect.
