Should I roll with the Ravens D or pick one up on waivers?

There's a bunch of D's on waivers, but I'd have to drop a player in order to pick up a FA D.

I"m considering SEA over the Ravens.

The Ravens are projected very low on most Start/Sit Sites.

Who should I drop?
