Downs or Devonta Smith at Flex

Would you play Smith at home vs. Jax or Downs with Flacco at Min today? Both have good matchups. I'm leaning Smith, but I'm an Eagles fan. League is full PPR. Garrett Wilson already played well, and I have McLaurin in at other WR slot. Thanks in advance.

Tough call....id go Downs simply because I believe indy will have to throw more than the iggles.
