I was in a tournament years ago, and the first tee was on a hill right in back of the clubhouse. Some apartments were to the right of the fairway down below, and sure enough I put one right onto an apartment porch.

i dont get the allure of all those windows.  I get wanting natural light but that's a bit much for a home.
