I've watched the trial. I think they need to prove she's innocent or have actual evidence proving she was framed to get the trial dismissed by the judge, otherwise she'll let the jury decide. Defense doesn't need to prove anything. Bev will let it go to the end. She' ruled heavily for cw. She's biased as hell. There are huge holes in their lauhable case so she's not going to end it.
