Trump speaking extemporaneously

So Trump was speaking about out military coming to the aid of Qatar or the UAE (I don't know which since I came in at the end).  Trump meant to say America would not hesitate to come to the military aid of an American ally.  What he actually said ws American's military would respond without thinking.  Really, without thinking.  I sort of hope we will think before responding.  I am woncdering whether his poor phraseology here will attract attention.

Let me help. He has no idea what he’s talking about. He has no loyalty. He speaks inaccurately half the time because he’s resistant to education or briefing & he lies the other half the time. It’s a meaningless pledge & the Arabs know it, yes even though they did pay him a tn of money.

Of course it will attract attention. If the man were to fart too long or off key somehow, people would complain.
