JBT 1 Posted September 18 My RBs are pretty weak and someone dropped Aaron Jones. I have Kittle in my IR slot and Murray as my QB. I have Henderson, Tracy, Giddens (Taylor is my RB1), Hunter, Judkins and Fields. Anyone worth dropping for him? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mccmw 13 Posted September 18 I assume that if people are dropping players like Jones, that you have minimal bench spots? And that either they had used their IR spot...or didn't know how to use it (e.g. beginner). Assuming you can stay competitive for four weeks (and Kittle possibly returning early/on time so you can move Jones into the IR spot) Tracy or Giddens would be who I'd swap for him. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
WhiteWonder 2,879 Posted September 19 my first thought is that your RBs are not actually weak. Taylor(handcuffed), Henderson and Judkins is not awful. Basically, you were expecting more from Henderson, as most were, and it turns out this may be Stevensons backfield a little while longer. ... but you drafted Judkins late as a lotto ticket and that looks like it may be a hit. Bad luck with Kittle but I assume your WR's are strong, I assume your first round pick was was JJ/CeeDee/Nabers type. Jones didn't look great before going down. If Mason runs with the job, I don't know that he is someone you will ever feel comfortable starting even as a 1B in the Vikings offense. That said, you can never have enough RB options. Is Jones on waivers or free to add at this point? Can you try to explore a 2 for 1 trade that gets you an upgrade somewhere while also freeing up a roster spot? Tracy and Hunter for something?
