Hill will, unbelievably, have some run, most likely inside the 10. I mean, really? What does this guy have on this franchise!?! Every regime continues to use him for some odd reason. Any way, between the 20s and in PPR against an improved but not very good Dolphins defense. You starting Neal? I'm considering him over Sutton (plays a bad pass D in Washington, but he's had two nothing games straight) and J Meyers (who also plays a bad pass D in Tennessee, but has TLaw throwing him the ball and maybe a Thanksgiving Miracle happens and BT plays!). I'm not playing him only because I don't have to but I would have no problem flexing or starting him if I had to. He should have a really safe floor in any format.
