My ex and I both did it and it worked so well for her that she started adding back carbs fast. Me, the first 2 weeks were great. Lost about 18 pounds. Then I added back carbs too fast (worked for her so I did it as well). I just started it last week for the second time (I never really gained back any of the 20-odd pounds that I lost). Hopefully with a sustained workout and exercise schedule to go with it, plus now I only drink water, I'm hoping to burn away some fat this summer.
