thegame 8 Posted November 19, 2017 Every site I see has Hopkins as a top 5-10 option this week. Can this be with Savage at QB and Peterson shadowing him? PP has erased every WR he's faced. On the upside, Hopkins will garner an absurd amount of targets. I have some less appealing options but curious if Hopkins merits "never bench your studs" status? cavern 70 Posted November 19, 2017 i don't know what other options YOU have but i've got westbrook, cj anderson, doug martin that i could flex rather than hopkins. i'm going with hopkins. frankly i just plug him in no matter what

I actually have a gimpy Alshon or Jimmy Graham. With seattles o-line issues I'm thinking of holding Graham out. He's too TD dependent. Hopkins may get an absurd amount of targets... cavern 70 Posted November 19, 2017 yeah. i almost traded him away when watson got hurt. but then i saw how much savage was targeting him and i traded away diggs and hilton instead
brotherbock 349 Posted November 19, 2017 Has Peterson really 'erased' everyone this season? Evans, Marvin, and Dez seemed to have useful days against the Cards. He's good to be sure, but guys have been scoring points.

brotherbock 349 Posted November 19, 2017 Evidently PP was on the sideline when Evans scored.... Interesting. Do you know why? Either way, it seems like top WRs have been able to get something done vs the Cards.

But I agree with you. Think I'll just take the best athlete I have with high volume.
jrokh 569 Posted November 19, 2017 I believe PP got banged up in that TB game and didn't return and that is when Evans went off. Dez got erased by PP, but he scored a TD on a short pass which he then carried what seemed like the whole Cardinals team in a rugby scrum into the end zone. Most teams don't even throw on PP, but I don't think Houston has a choice in the matter.

No one else is a close option for me.
brotherbock 349 Posted November 19, 2017 Not sure who's in coverage, but Nuk has 4/76/1 by midway through the third quarter. That was Peterson in coverage on the TD too.
