Hmmm...touch choice. Obviously u play Fostor if he's playing That, however, doesn't look like foster will tho. Having your league be PPR makes Ingram an attractive choice. Also, he plays on Monday night - a plus in my eyes.

Id gamble and go INGRAM.

Ingram is not a ppr option - normally gets 1-3 catches per game (last week's 7 was an anomaly). P Thomas is back this week to take away those receptions. Foster has been declared inactive meaning Blue gets the lion's share of work and my recommendation... (I am benching Ingram in my PPR league to start Harvin - so I am a little biased)
