RCBlitz 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I have depth at RB and could use a WR. It looks like I will probably move W. Parker so which WR would you go after from the following? Would you even make a trade like this? T. Owens R. Moss P. Burriss We start 2 RB's and 3 WR's and my roster at those positions is as follows RB- S. Jackson, W. Parker, C. Taylor, A. Green, M. Turner WR- Roy Williams, D. Driver, D. Branch, A. Bryant, J. Horn thanks in advance for you help.
PaintGuru 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I'd make the move and go after either Owens or Plax. If I had to pick one, I'd go Owens.
lily 0 Posted October 25, 2006 Go with owens or Burris
redshirtrookie 0 Posted October 25, 2006 if i were you i'd be lookin to sell taylor high after that monster, i dont think he'll hold up with the workload he's gettin. (unless youre intent on keepin him) and i'd stay away from moss as well. TO's a bad boy, but with a rookie at the helm, iono. i see alot of mental errors and mistakes from romo, added to the fact that he doesnt have a deep ball and that spells potential trouble. stick with plax. vinniedasquid 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Out of those 3 receivers I would go after Plaxico. The other two are still good players and all. Plaxico's been money all season except for when he was hurt. Too much uncertainty with the other two. TO has a new QB (who, granted, got the ball to him a bit in the 2nd half) and Randy, well, plays for the Raiders (even though his numbers have been picking up quite a bit the last few weeks.) Tough call, but I feel Plaxico will be the most consistent of them for the rest of the season. Don't know if he's the best of the three, but he should be most consistent with Eli finding him for big plays almost every game. Thanks for your help with mine
MaddogMoney 0 Posted October 27, 2006 Picking up Plax or TO would be big. You've got a good stable at RB. Go for it. Any suggestions for me? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248210
ghouston 0 Posted October 27, 2006 I wouldn't trade Parker for any of those WR's. Move S Jackson first. Living in western PA and being a diehard Steelers fan, I can tell you that Parker will get far more touches than Jackson and has been receiving the goal-line work. Plus, the Steelers O-line is one of the best and they will run the ball no matter what the situation. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248227
