Pick a QB for this week

Recommended Posts

Have Carr and Losman, but there's loads available as FAs. Here's the whole list. Pick one:

Carr@NYG

Losman vs. GB

Garrard vs. Tenn

Gradkowski vs. NO

Young @ Jac

Johnson @ SF

Brunell vs Dal

Frye @ SD

Plummer @ Pitt

Leave a link, and as usual, I'll answer all.

Well, the list is not pretty .. that's why they are still available. Go with Carr..

I like Brad Johnson against San Frans crappy defense.

Also, the fact that San Fran's offense is halfway decent this year means he could be in for a big day.

Losman against GB isnt bad either, but I'm not a big believer in Losman, or the bills in general. Brad Johnson is a proven performer and I take the guaranteed points every time unless I'm facing a team much better than me... then I play the player with the bigger upside.

I personally feel that Brad Johnson wins on both, but some would argue that Losman has the better upside due to better receivers.

hope this helps.

tough list to choose from, id go with the vet. johnson.

I agree tough list. Johnson or Brunell. I expect Wash to have to throw to win this one.

Thanks for seeing mine.

I like, Losman, Carr and Johnson.

Losman, playing GB ranked last in pass D. Less consistant however, but at home.

Carr, The best stat of the 3 as an average and has good weapons and now a decent run game, but on the road and Giants pass D is middle of the road. But could be playing from behind.

Johnson may be the safest play agains SF, 2nd wrost pass D. However they also have a good running game and a good D. They may not need to air it out and Johnsons FF stats aren't great.

I can't make the call for you but in my opionin Johnsons is the safer route. But if you want potential points, I would lean toward Carr and Losman. Because GB can score points, Losman is at home, and GB pass D is so bad, I would take the big risk and go Losman. Could be a shoutout. But I'm a risk taker.

Garrad.... I would start him, but think I'll go with Huard instead (he wasn't on your list).
