Norpac Attack 0 Posted December 21, 2006 My line-up is pretty much set and there is only one move that I am considering: WR: Furrey or Muhammed? They are playing in the same game, the Bears D hasn't looked great, but Muhammed vs. the Lions is tempting. Please help! Thanks
moviedude25 0 Posted December 21, 2006 Go with Furrey. Chicago doesn't need this game and will likely run alot. Detroit is primed for an upset. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261574
joeunleaded 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I don't know about gambling on Furry - I'd go MM - one of the few receivers that Rex gets to...
NCNickNasty 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I'd go with Moose, the db's will lock down Furrey.
wretched 0 Posted December 21, 2006 Chicago should play their starters most of this game...they're winning but can't afford to lose any momemtum. It's not like they are kicking butt when they win. Go with MM Thanks for answering mine !
Poloc2289 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I can't see a relatively inexperienced WR like Furrey being able to have a good game against the Bears. Go with MM
Juggernauts 0 Posted December 21, 2006 Tough call. I'm just not sold on Furry and Detroit against Chicago. I'd go with the proven veteran in Mushin Muhamed.

Ray_T 753 Posted December 22, 2006 I can't see a relatively inexperienced WR like Furrey being able to have a good game against the Bears. Go with MM Furrey hasnt had much experience as a starter, but he has been in the Martz offense for a while. He played in St Louis and moved to detroit when Martz moved. The Chicago defense wont be as overpowering due to some injuries they have had, and you know that if Chicago gets ahead early as I expect they will, Furrey may put up huge numbers in garbage time. looking at his numbers he is as consistant as most any other starter in the league (veteran or otherwise) Muhammad is the better player. make no mistake about it... but Chicago has clinched home field for the rest of the playoffs. I'm not sure they have anything left to prove here. My bet is they get ahead early and pull a lot of the starters at halftime. If Muhammad is one of them, you could regret playing him. my guess is Muhammad wont get more than about 80 yards before they replace him with a second string guy. Furrey's potential is better than this and I would start him without a doubt.
