Aaron Stecker (NO) or Adrian Peterson (CHI)?

Is either Aaron Stecker (NO) or Adrian Peterson (CHI) worth a roster spot? Which one has a better chance of being productive fantasy-wise? Then should I drop Michael Robinson (SF) or Leon Washington (NYJ) to get one of these guys? I own both Gore and TJones.

I'd keep Leon and Robinson since you have the starters. Stecker may get some goaline touches but that offense is struggling so bad they may be few and far between.

I have Benson and have been following him. Everytime he slips up and Peterson goes in, he as well fumbles or fails to produce. Lovie likes staying with one guy (see Rex last season) no matter what...as long as they are winning.

 

Stecker could come in, but the key to your answer will actually come after this weekend. If Bush fails to perform solo then Stecker will get some love, and the same goes for Peterson. Benson plays the Lions and is set up for a good day. If he shines the Peterson rides the pines.

With Duece out, I think Stecker will get the more inside carries. Long term he is better than Peterson because we know he'll be used...Benson is still the guy in Chicago.

 

I would think about dropping Robinson for Stecker.
