Who has more potential this year? Gaffney or Meacham

Recommended Posts

Just trying to make some last minute roster adjustments and wanted to get some opinions. I have one WR spot open and debating between picking up Meacham on the Saints or Gaffney on the Pats. Leave a link and I'll answer yours.

gaffney. Thanks for mine. To me... Gaffney has huge upside if moss or Welker goes down.

Stalworth is gone this year, boosting his value as a #3... No brainer to me

Gotta go with Gaffney. I was high on Meach before the season started but he is burried on NO depth chart behind Copper, Patten and Moore. And with teh arrival of Shocky I just do not see him doing much this year. Gaff at least has the chance to enter the game as the WR3.

Luck

Thanks for mine.

ANother vote for Gaffney. For a deep roster spot, gotta go with the player with the best prospects.

For this week, Gaffney. For the year, Meachem. Saints WR corps behind Colston is pretty pathetic. Meachem is a man child with a load of talent, and if he gets the opportunity to start in that offense, he could put up huge numbers. Gaffney is more steady, probably somewhere around 500 yds 5tds for the season. Meachem, depending on opportunity, could be anywhere from 200-900yds and 1-8 tds.

While I think Meachem is going to be decent this year. There is way too many other options with Colston, Patten, Henderson, Copper, and now Jeremy Shockey as well. I think after Welker and Moss, you have Gaffney as the next best reciever in still is a high octane offense. Good luck. Thanks for mine
