sbas2k 0 Posted November 7, 2008 Moore vs. poor Indy defense Andre vs. Baltimore Jennings vs. Minnesota Colston vs. Atlanta My first thought is to bench Colston because he has done absolutely nothing all year and Brees spreads the ball around. However, Andre is going against a tough Baltimore defense and Jennings is also going against a tough Minn. defense. Let me know, i'll help with yours. swede2000 0 Posted November 7, 2008 I would go with Moore/Johnson and Jennings. Colston has been injured...wait a week and let him get his feet under him...I am sure he is going to come around. Thanks for answering mine!
Grizzly 0 Posted November 7, 2008 that's a good problem to have, Moore, Colston and Jennings I think ATL and NO will be a little bit of a shootout and Colston will benefit. That is just a gut feeling, so I wouln't blame you if you started Johnson in his place. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=0#entry3795954 Thanks for mine. CajunBadger 9 Posted November 7, 2008 I personally would play it safe, wait one more week to see if Colston gets things clicking. I'd sit him this week and let the others go...and seems like the Ravens secondary is hurting some at the moment so Johnson may have a better matchup than it seems. Bigger question might be whether Rosenfels gets adequate time and protection. Thanks for mine - and by the way, I'm trading Cotchery for Marshall... Figure I'll sit pat on the other trade and be happy with what I've got.
LandenChase 0 Posted November 7, 2008 Moore, AJ, and Jennings. Colston aint done squat so why risk it? I think you have sure points with them 3. Colston until he shows you something. I fell for the, "this is Colston's week" before and it killed me. Sit him until you know he's gonna see some targets.
MD Jet 0 Posted November 7, 2008 I think I'd sit Coslton ... you know it's bad when Lance Moore is still getting looks. Please see mine ... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332304
kore60 0 Posted November 7, 2008 I would go with Moore, Johnson & Colston. Johnson is a stud even with backup QB. Colston due for a big week coming off a bye. Thanks for the help
vegemite 0 Posted November 8, 2008 If you want to gamble sit Moore, safe pick is sit Colston. Are you playing a good team? That is how I sometimes pick whether or not to take a risk. here's mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332351
shipredraiders 0 Posted November 8, 2008 Play Moore, Johnson and Colston. Colston hasn't done much since returning and this will be his week. These three could be home runs. Please see mine. See mine.
MikeyNavy 1 Posted November 8, 2008 I would go with Moore, Colston, and Jennings. Jennings and Johnson are a tossup. Jennings will depend on which Minnesota defense shows up and who they put on him and Driver. Johnson can hit a home run but there is risk. Sage is decent but he doesn't seem to have the chemistry with Andre that Schaub does. Candygram4Mongo 8 Posted November 8, 2008 I agree with most of the other posters: Moore, Andre and Jennings are the plays here. Baltimore doesn't play a wideout like AJ any other week. Play him with confidence. And the Pack and the Vikes will light it up, IMO. I like Colston, but wait to see how he does. If he picks it up, you can plug him in down the stretch. see mine plz http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332358
slaveofdagov 0 Posted November 9, 2008 Moore (RB) v Indy : Parker is out this week and Indy is giving up an average of 27 FFP / game to RBs Jennings (WR) v MIN : Jennings is a stud and MIN is giving up 19.8 FFP / game to WRs Toss-Up between AJ and Colston AJ (WR) v BAL: BAL is giving up 16.3 FFP/game to WRs. Plus Sage is the QB in HOU right now, how will that effect the game. Upside is that, Houston will probably have to pass the ball alot as they will be behind. Colston (WR) v. ATL: ATL is giving up 18.9 FFP/game to WRs. Colston has been cold since coming back from his injury. He has 5 rec for 82 yds since coming back; however, one of those rec went for 49 yds so he is explosive. Brees will spread the ball around but as a previous poster mentioned, this game should be a shoot out, thus alot of balls will be flying around.
