Derrick 0 Posted October 5, 2011 This is a dynasty keeper league can keep the entire team. My team currently: QB: Aaron Rodgers, Kevin Kolb RB: Beanie Wells, Peyton Hillis, Steven Jackson, BJGE, Ridley, Knowshon, Delone Carter, Montario Hardesty (have bid on Torain) WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Vincent Jackson, Desean Jackson, Brandon Marshall, Antonio Brown TE: Jimmy Graham, Dustin Keller D: Saints, Chargers IR: Mikel Leshoure After two possible trades: players I would get in caps QB: Aaron Rodgers, Kevin Kolb RB: Beanie Wells, CHRIS JOHNSON, Steven Jackson, JONATHAN STEWART, Ridley, Knowshon, Delone Carter, Montario Hardesty (have bid on Torain) WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Vincent Jackson, SANTONIO HOLMES, Brandon Marshall, PERCY HARVIN TE: Jimmy Graham D: Saints, Chargers IR: Mikel Leshoure Thoughts on this? Better before or after?
j0ker 3 Posted October 5, 2011 Thanks for the reply. Tough call as I see Hillis still producing weekly but getting Chris Johnson on a low is a great move. You already have Ridley so Green Ellis for Stewart seems about even. I don't think I trade Desean after the week he had knowing he can pull that off at any time...especially for two guys on struggling teams. But after everything is hashed out seems like it is Chris Johnson for Desean Jackson which I would do
ralphster 274 Posted October 5, 2011 Thanks for the reply to my question. If the trade you're making is CJ2K for D Jax then by all means make it. The other players are a push, but CJ for DJ = win.
Boilermaker04 11 Posted October 5, 2011 I like your team better before the trade. Especially Ridley in a dynasty - he could be something special next year. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=391562
Bpow0407 0 Posted October 5, 2011 the AFTER team has the better RB set-up for the future.... the BEFORE team has the better WR set-up for the future.... Depends on what kind of an owner you are, a RB-focused one or a WR-focused one. I'd go with the RB-favored group here, and say after.
btbpitt71 1 Posted October 5, 2011 I like the before team better personally
Jonathanc5 0 Posted October 5, 2011 At first I didn't like the trade as you would lose out Antonio brown's upside and Desean's as well but after looking at your whole team, I would do it. You would be getting the starting Rb on your team for the third best Wr on your current team. Do it! You can't play them all! cdogge 17 Posted October 5, 2011 I agree with the consensus... Getting Chris Johnson for Jackson is solid. Thanks for mine!
jwarneke525 0 Posted October 5, 2011 I like your team before, CJ2K just isnt doin it this year
Ron Silversmoke 2 Posted October 5, 2011 Depends on your settings and preferrence. The before team had a better core of WR and the after a better core of RB. I kinda like the befere team personally. I'm not sold on either Jackson or Johnson so that move cancels out for me.
Moc1060 0 Posted October 5, 2011 I like the after better. Hillis has Hardesty up and coming while CJ should be the man in charge after signing his contract. I am not as pessimistic as most on CJ, maybe that is because I don't own him...but I think that if you can buy low on him you should do it.
